Jenn and Brian are the husband and wife team behind the The Velveteen House.  Based in Mandeville, LA The Velveteen House leverages our extensive background across many aspects of the design and renovation process to update and rehabilitate well loved houses for their next generation.    Our collective experience in engineering, project management, business management, carpentry, real estate investment and management and design lets us intimately manage all aspects of our projects to ensure these well-loved houses are rehabilitated with the attention to quality and detail they deserve.   While many investors manage quick turns based on current trends, our projects focus on maintaining  and enhancing the soul and character of these houses that made them so well loved over the years - ensuring they are ready to be Real homes for years and years to come.
